Guarantee
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply
return it within 30 days quoting your order number. We will replace
without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in
full. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.  However if the goods have been supplied as described and are undamaged and still in there original packaging, we will reserve the right to charge 25% re-stock fee

Returns Policy
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please
return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 30
days of the date of purchase quoting your order number and advise
whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also
applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item. Please mark the
parcel 'Returns' and let us know the reason for the return.
2. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer
(except for faulty/damaged items) but no postage and packing
charges will be added for exchanged items. Customers should
obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot
be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

3. We reserve the right to change products on our website from time to time, this may include species, dimensions, and finishes, whilst we make every effort to ensure that the site is up to date occasionaly our manufacturer will alter there stock to us, without notice, leaving a time lag between recieving new products and being able to up date the website.  On these occasions if you recieve a product that differs to the description, we will happily refund you if full (except postage and packing) providing the goods are still in there original packaging.
